HelpDesk: How Do I Submit A New Support Ticket?

Summary:


While on our Website:


1. On the Support page (previous page), you will see a search box where there is a + New Support Ticket option to click. 



2. Add your Name and Subject of the inquiry



3. Under the Product Type, please select one of the below

        News - Television: This will include inquiries specific to our broadcast and news anchors.

        News - Website: This will include inquiries specific to our website. 

        News - App: This will include inquiries specific to our mobile app. 

        News - Streaming App (OTT): This will include inquiries specific to Roku, Firestick, AppleTV,                           and Android TV





4. If there are any remaining red asterisks (*) please be sure to enter the appropriate information.



5. Click the reCaptcha box to confirm you are not spam and hit submit.  This will place your submission in the support queue and will be addressed as soon as possible.


The fields marked with an * are required.


While on our News App:


1. Click on the "Settings" icon within the app.


2. Scroll down and tap on  "Contact Support" to send us an email.

This will place your submission in the support queue and will be addressed as soon as possible.
